Mr. Kreczmer moved for approval of the Ordinance on second reading and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Brown introduced for consideration the adoption of a Resolution, the caption which was read as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO DU MOR EN- TERPRISES, INC. FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF THE INTERSECTION OF GUADALUPE, ROOSEVELT AND LOVE STREETS, ALIGNMENT OF ROOSEVELT AND LOVE STREETS AND ASSOCIATED IMPROVEMENTS; ACCEPTING SAID PROJECT FOR USE BY SAID CITY; AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,714.50 AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mr. Brown moved for adoption of the Resolution and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Brown introduced for consideration the adoption of a Resolution, the caption which was read as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AND CONFIRMING THE STATEMENTS AND AFFIRMATIONS CONTAINED IN AN AFFIDAVIT, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN SUCH AFFIDAVIT AND DECLARING AN EF- FECTIVE DATE. Mr. Brown moved for adoption of the Resolution and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Brown introduced for consideration the adoption of a Resolution, the caption which was read as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN ~IARCOS, TEXAS, ACCEPTING THE PROVISIONS OF STATE DE- PARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION MINUTE ORDER NUMBER 8116900077. Ms. Kissler moved for adoption of the Resolution and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Brown introduced for consideration the adoption of a Resolution, the caption which was read as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, CASTING VOTES FOR DIRECTORS OF THE HAYS COUNTY CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR THE PER- IOD BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1984 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF SAID CITY TO SUBMIT SAME TO THE COUNTY CLERK OF HAYS COUNTY. Mr. Kreczmer moved to table the adoption of the Resolution to the October 31, 1983 Special Meeting at 5:00 p.m. and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
