THENCE with the common line of the Polanco, Jr. tract and the apparent 15 foot easement, South 85 degrees 00' 45" East, 126.08 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod found for the Northeast corner of the Polanco, Jr. tract; THENCE with the East line of the Polanco, Jr. tract, South 05 degrees 00' 22" West, 87.82 feet to an iron pipe found for the Southeast corner of the Polanco, Jr. tract and the Northeast corner of the aforereferenced Sanchez trac t; THENCE with the common line of the Polanco, Jr. tract and the Sanchez tract, North 85 degrees 08' West, 126.07 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING There are contained within these metes and bounds 0.255 acre, more or less. SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider it. If reconsidered on September 24, 1990 it shall be in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered or if reconsidered and approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of September , 1990, subject to reconsideration at the next regular City Council meeting scheduled for September 24, 1990.
