<br /> -3- <br /> PROPOSITION NO. 15 <br /> THE ISSUANCE OF $2ØØ,ØØØ AIRPORT 413 VOTES: FOR <br /> REVENUE BONDS FOR CONSTRUCTION <br /> AND EQUIPPING AIRCRAFT HANGARS 904 VOTES: AGAINST <br /> SECTION 4. Bonds Authorized. As a result of said election, and in <br /> conformity with law, this City Council is authorized to issue the bonds <br /> of an:'i on behalf of said City in the amounts and for the purposes <br /> mentioned in the propositions set forth in the proceedings calling said <br /> election, as and to the extent hereinabove provided as having been <br /> approved by the resident qualified electors of said City voting at said <br /> election. <br /> SECTION 5. Emer~ency Declaration.
