All work shall be performed using the best practice of the <br /> trades involved. <br /> 12-06 CLEANUP: <br /> a. The Contractor shall make final cleanup of all parts of <br /> the work before final acceptance. This cleanup shall include <br /> removal of pieces of concrete and other construction materials, <br /> backfilling, grading to drain, finish grading, and in general <br /> preparing the site in a neat and finished appearance. <br /> 12-07 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT: <br /> a. RIO VISTA ANNEX SANITARY SEWER SYSTEH work shall be <br /> measured for payment as a complete unit. No separate measurement <br /> for payment shall be made for furnishing and installing all <br /> sewerage collection lines, trenching, back filling, etc. and for <br /> all equipment, labor, but all items shall be subsidiary to the item <br /> bid. <br /> b.
