Measurement and Payment: <br /> (1) BBa GRILLS will each be measured for payment as a <br /> complete unit. <br /> (2) There will be no separate measurement for stove, <br /> hardware, and concrete footing, but all such items shall be <br /> considered to be subsidiary work pertaining to the item bid. <br /> (3) BBa GRILLS, acceptably completed and measured as <br /> provided above, will be paid for at the unit price bid per each <br /> unit for BBQ GRILLS, which price shall be full compensation for <br /> furnishing all materials and for all equipment, tools, labor, and <br /> incidentals necessary to complete the work. <br /> 18-05 LOW WATER CROSSING SIGN: <br /> a. This item shall consist of furnishing all materials and <br /> labor required for installing a low water crossing sign as shown <br /> on the drawings. <br /> b. The sign support shall be made from a CCA treated <br /> (wolmanized) procen to a retention of 0.6 pounds per cubic foot <br /> 4 It x4 It #1, southern yellow pine to dimensions shown on the drawings. <br /> The post lenqCft £or the post shall be verified by the Contractor <br /> for proper placement of elevation. <br /> c. Wbod post shall. be covered with reflective tape as shown <br /> on drawings, white background with black letters. <br /> d. Sign face shall be aluminum sign conforming to all the <br /> applicable provisions of Item 642 (except paragraphs 642.7 and <br /> 642.8) of the -Texas State Department of Highways and Public <br /> Transportation "Standard Specifications for Construction of <br /> Highways, Streets and Bridges It, 1982, for hardware and installation <br /> requirements. Sign background shall be non-reflectorized white with <br /> reflectorized black letters. <br /> e. Measurement & Payment <br /> ( 1) LOW WATER CROSSING SIGN will be measured for payment <br /> as a complete unit. <br /> 18-4 <br />
