The Inspector's (Engineer's) trailer and Contractor's <br /> temporary office shall be located in the Ramon Lucio Park, where <br /> shown on Sheet 3 of the drawings. The Contractor shall be <br /> responsible for connecting and providing electrical power and <br /> telephone service to the Inspector's trailer (trailer provided by <br /> others) and for all service fees (except long distance phone calls) <br /> associated with the electrical and telephone service. The <br /> electrical service shall be 110-120 volt, 60 amp. alternating <br /> current. Long distance calls will be the responsibility of the <br /> Owner. <br /> lB-03 LAYOUT: <br /> a. The Contractor shall perfo~ all interim surveys (layout) <br /> required to insure that the work is executed to the neat lines, <br /> grades, and elevations shown on the drawings and specifications or <br /> as established or indicated by the Engineer. The specification <br /> covers all interim surveys (layout) for work required by the <br /> contract items at the time of award. If additional interim survey <br /> costs are incurred during the performance of the contract as a <br /> result of changed or added items of work for which the Contractor <br /> is entitled to an adjustment in contract price, compensation for <br /> such costs will be included in the price adjustment for the items <br /> of work changed or added. <br /> b. Equipment for interim surveys (layout) shall be of <br /> sufficient quality and condition to provide the accuracy required. <br /> Equipment shall be in good condition and in proper adjustment at <br /> all times. <br /> Materials shall include all stakes, spikes, steel pins, batter <br /> boards, tools and other accessories as may be required to <br /> accomplish, from the bench marks shown sheet 3 of the drawings, the <br /> layout herein specified. <br /> lB-2 <br />
