<br /> 158 <br /> RAMON LUCIO, RIO VISTA, RIO VISTA ANNEX, AND BICENTENNIAL <br /> PARKS RECREATION DEVELOPMENT <br /> TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 11 <br /> RESTROOM BUILDINGS <br /> vertical portions of roof). Materials to be used will conform to <br /> the following standards: <br /> (a) Galvanized steel ASTM A 361 not less than 20 gauge. <br /> (b) Solder ASTK B 32 half tin, half lead. <br /> (c) Flux - Rosin type only (do not use acid type). <br /> d. Guarantees: <br /> (1) The Contractor shall guarantee the roofing to be <br /> leakproof for a period of one year, and shall make any necessary <br /> repairs within the one-year period at no cost to Owner. <br /> (2) The Contractor shall install roofing materials in <br /> order that a 25-year guarantee (prorated) by manufacturer on <br /> asphalt shingles may become effective at completion of project. <br /> e. Cleanup: <br /> (1) Should the Contractor in spite of all precautions <br /> specified in this section, stain or damage any wall surface, the <br /> responsibility of securing a perfectly clean repair of these stains <br /> is to be that of the Contractor. <br /> (2) Before the roof is given the final inspection by the <br /> Engineer, the Contractor personallyahall make an inspection and <br /> shall see that all debris and fo-reign materials have been removed. <br /> 11-10 METAL DOORS DD FRAMES: <br /> a. General: This section includes, but is not limited to <br /> hollow metal doors and frames and other related i tams necessary to <br /> complete project as indicated by the documents unless specifically <br /> excluded. <br /> b. Hollow Metal Doors: <br /> (1) Equal to Republic Steel Series 634, Heavy Duty, with <br /> 16 GA stiles and 18 GA panels, 1-3/4" thick. <br /> 11-10 <br />
