In addition, Mr. Moravec <br /> was an Administrative Assistant in (thtOffice of Budget and Evaluation for Corpus <br /> Christi. Mr. Moravic is a graduate of the Masters of Public Administration program <br /> at Southern Methodist University and hold a B.A. in both Economics and Political <br /> Science, also from SMU <br /> Place 2 <br /> ß1 Saul Ramirez. has been a. cityqouncilmember for Laredo since 1982. He has been in <br /> the insurance businesss for over 12 years and is the owner of Saber Insurance Services <br /> in Laredo. He received his United States Fidelity and Guaranty Certificate from the <br /> Southwest School of Insurance. Mr. Ramirez serves on the International Good <br /> Neighbor Council and was a Trustee for the TML Group Benefits Board for over <br /> three years. He was apþóintedto the Pool Board in August, 1989.
