PART V ASSURANCES (Public Agency Sponsors of Development or Noise Program Projects) A. ~. 1. These assurances shall be complied with in the performance of the followiag grant agreements: Airport development and noise cOlDpetibility program grants to airport sponsors. 2. These assurances are required to be submitted 88 part of the project application by sponsors requesting funds under the provisions of the Airport and Airway Improvemant Act of 1982. as 8IIended by the Airport and Airway Safety and Capa~ity EJ:panøion Act of 1987. or the Aviation Safe~ and Boise Abatement Act of 1979. This set of assurances includes only those sssurancss which are applicable to a sponsor who is s public agency wi t1t control of a public-use airport. 3. Upon acceptance of the grant offer by the sponsor. theBe assurances are incorporated in and became part of the gt'ant agreement. B. DURATIOB!lID APPLICABILITY.
