LCRA shall have no control or <br /> responsibility in connection with saið personnel or the <br /> activities in which they are engaged. Any cost. incúrreð 1n <br /> connection with such personnel or activities shall be for the <br /> sole account of CITY. <br /> 4.4 CITY shall designate a person who .ay be a muni- <br /> cipal officer thereof, or any employee of CITY, who shall be <br /> the representative of CITY in all matters pertaining to this <br /> Agreem.nt insofar as LCRA is concerned, and such person will <br /> act as the official representative from whom LCRA will receive <br /> communications from CITY and to whom LCRA will deliver communi- <br /> cation. to CITY. LCRA .ay rely upon the written directions of <br /> 8uch person in any action taken by LCRA under this Agreement. <br /> Information delivered by LCRA to such person shall be con- <br /> .idered as information delivered to CITY.
