DATED OCTOBER 30. 1986 <br /> Sec. 5.01 of the Purchase Agreement is hereby amended to read as fonows: <br /> "5.01 In consideration of the sale and transfer of the Properties. <br /> City agrees to deliver to LCRA on the Closing Date. as hereinafter <br /> defined. $9.463.094.26 payable in immediately avai1able funds.
