II <br /> This Quitclaim Deed is given specifically to releas e any <br /> and all eas ements, whether express, implied, pres cripti ve, or <br /> otherwise, that the City of San Marcos has or may have on or <br /> across the real property described on the attached Exhibit II All <br /> incl uding, but not limited to, any rights that may have been <br /> granted in the Deed from the Lower Colorado Ri ver Authori ty to <br /> the City of San Marcos that is recorded at Volume 634, Page 818, <br /> of the Hays County Deed Records. <br /> The City of San Marcos, B. J. Allen, and Odessa Allen agree <br /> and understand that B. J. Allen and Odessa Allen will be <br /> granting an express eas ement to the City of San Marcos dated on <br /> or about the same date as this Quitclaim Deed granting the City <br /> of San Marcos an expres s five foot easement as is described on <br /> the attached Exhibit II B.
