<br /> 6. The City shall perform and complete the work described in <br /> paragraphs 3-5 within sixty days of the date that this <br /> Agreement is fully executed. The AlIens shall provide the <br /> City with reasonable access to the Property in order to <br /> perform the work described in paragraphs 3-5 and shall not <br /> unreasonably interfere with the performance of the work <br /> described in paragraphs 3-5. The failure of the City to <br /> perform the work described in paragraphs 3-5 within sixty <br /> days of the date that this Agreement is fully executed, <br /> unless such failure is caused by unreasonable interference <br /> by the AlIens, shall be a breach of this Agreement entitling <br /> the AlIens to rescind this Agreement or sue for damages. <br /> 7. The AlIens release, acquit, and forever discharge the City, <br /> its agents, employees, servants, principals, successors, <br /> assigns, insurers, attorneys, and all pers ons, natural or <br /> corporate, in privity with them or any of them from any and <br /> all claims or causes of action whatsoever, at common law, <br /> statutory, or otherwise that the AlIens have or may have, <br /> known or unknown, now existing or that may arise hereafter, <br /> related in any way to the claims asserted in the Lawsuit. <br /> 8. The City reI eas es, acquits, and forever discharge the <br /> AlIens, their agents, employees, servants, principals, <br /> successors, assigns, insurers, attorneys, and all pers ons, <br /> natural or corporate, in privity with them or any of them <br /> from any and all claims or caus es of action whatsoever, at <br /> common law, statutory, or otherwise that the City has or may <br /> F: \j parker\15391 \OOO3\se t tie. 4 4 <br />
