That Section 29-1Ø3 of the San Marcos Code of <br /> Ordinances is amended by the addition of the following in proper <br /> alphabetical order: <br /> Aquarena Springs Drive (Loop 82) and Interstate Highway 35 east <br /> frontage road <br /> Aquarena Springs Drive (Loop 82) and Interstate Highway 35 west <br /> frontage road <br /> Aquarena Springs Drive (Loop 82) and Thorpe Lane <br /> Bishop Street and Hopkins Street (FM 2439) <br /> Bugg Lane and Hopkins Street (Ranch Road 12) <br /> Holland Street and Ranch Road 12 <br /> Hunter Road (FM 2439) and Wonder World Drive (FM 34Ø7) <br /> Lyndon B. Johnson Drive and Sessom Drive <br /> Post Road and Uhland Road <br /> Section 2. That Section 29-1Ø3 of the San 1\1arcos Code of <br /> Ordinances is amended to change: <br /> The intersection of Guadalupe Street and Comal Street to tne <br /> intersection of Guadalupe Street and Martin Luther King Drive. <br /> Section 3. That if any '""ord, phrase, clause, sentence, or <br /> paragraph of this ordinance is held to be unconstitutional or invalid <br /> by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of <br /> this ordinance shall remain in effect as if the unconstitutional or <br /> invalid portion had not been adopted. <br /> SECTION 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 5. That any person who violates any provision of this <br /> ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction <br /> shall be subject to the penalty prescribed in Section 1-5 of the San <br /> Marcos Code of Ordinances. <br /> SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (lØ) days <br /> from and after its passage, and it shall be published in a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the <br /> City of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading September 10, 1990. <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED on second reading September 24, 1990. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED October 8, 1990. <br />
