<br /> 50 <br /> RESOLUTION 199Ø- 123 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING <br /> THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A REVISED <br /> EXHIBIT A TO THE WHOLESALE POWER <br /> AGREEMENT BWrWEEN THE CITY AND THE LOWER <br /> COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY; AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City and the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) <br /> executed a Wholesale Power Agreement dated August 7, 1986 (the <br /> Contract); and, <br /> WHEREAS, LCRA has requested the execution by the City of a revised <br /> Exhibit A to this contract to reflect updated projected load data; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the information on the cevised Exhibit A has been <br /> reviewed and approved by the San Marcos Electric Utility staff; <br /> now therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS; <br /> PART 1. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is hereby <br /> authorized to execute the revised Exhibit A to the Contraci:, a <br /> copy of the revised exhibit being attached hereto as Attachment 1. <br /> PART 2.
