<br /> 51 <br /> RESOLUTION 199Ø- 1?4 R <br /> <br /> A RESOLU'rION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN t--1ARCOS APPROVING THE TERMS <br /> AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY AND THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT <br /> OF LABOR FOR PROCESSING OF WASTE\-lATER <br /> FROM THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPOR'r ~ <br /> AUTHORI ZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> THE AGREEJ\1EN'r ON BEHALF OF THE CITY~ AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> 1tŒEREAS, the City requires processing of wastewater <br /> generab~d by facilities located at the San Marcos Municipal <br /> Airport~ and, <br /> WHEREAS, the United States Department of Labor I acting <br /> by and through the Gary Job Corps Center (the IICen"ter") has <br /> agreed to provide this processing of facil i t.ies located on <br /> the property of the Center~ now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, 'rEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of the agree:ment <br /> attached to this resolution between the City and the Un ited <br /> States Department of Labor for wastewater processing for the <br /> San Marcos Municipal Airport at facilities located on the <br /> property of the Center are hereby approved. <br /> P;I\RT 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is <br /> hereby authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the <br /> City. <br /> PART 3.
