<br /> 53 <br /> RESOLUTION 1990- l25R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPOINTING A <br /> REPRESENTATIVE AND ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE TO <br /> THE ASSOCIATION OF WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS OF THE <br /> LOWER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY; AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1: That Larry Gilley is hereby appointed as <br /> Representative, and Gene Majors is hereby appointed as <br /> Alternate Representative of the City of San Marcos to the <br /> Association of Wholesale Customers ("Association") of the Lower <br /> Colorado River Authority. <br /> PART 2: That the Representa'~i ve and Alternate Representative <br /> are each authorized to file a copy of this Resolution with the <br /> Secretary of the Association; to represent the best interests of <br /> the City of San Marcos in the process of maintaining and conducting <br /> all business of the Association; and to cast the City's membership <br /> vote on all issues, including but not limited to such matters as <br /> assessments, the hiring of consultants, voting on resolutions which <br /> represent the Association's stand on issues, and other related <br /> matters of the Association. <br /> PART 3.
