<br /> 103 <br /> RESOLUTION 1990- 139 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND <br /> CONDITIONS OF A PROPOSED SOCIAL SERVICES <br /> CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY AND HAYS COUNTY <br /> REGARDING THE PROVISION OF LIBRARY SERVICES; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE <br /> CONTRACT; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br /> desires to enter into a contract with Hays County regarding the <br /> provision of library services to people who reside in Hays County, <br /> outside the City limits; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of a proposed Social <br /> Services Contract between the City of San Marcos and Hays County, <br /> for the city's provision of library services to people who reside <br /> in Hays County, outside the City limits, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and <br /> purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> Pl~RT :1. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley be, and he is <br /> hereby authorized to execute the contract on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
