<br /> THENCE leaving the Trans-Texas Motels, Inc. tract and <br /> crossing the Bufkin 2.745 acre tract the following two <br /> calls: <br /> 1. South 880 39' West 29.41 feet to a concrete <br /> monument set for a re-entrant North corner of this <br /> tract, and, <br /> 2. North 43035' West 252.00 feet to the PLACE OF <br /> BEGINNING. There are contained within these metes <br /> and bounds 85,625 square feet of land, more or <br /> less, as surveyed on the ground during January, <br /> 1977, under the direction of Darrell Sutton, <br /> Registered Public Surveyor Number 1927, an employee <br /> of James E. Byrn & Associates of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) <br /> days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to <br /> reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting <br /> following its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote <br /> to reconsider it. If reconsidered on December l7, 1990it shall be <br /> in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if <br /> approved. It shall not go into effect if denied.
