<br /> COMMENCING at an iron pipe found for the intersection of
<br /> the South line of u.s. Highway 81 (Loop 82) and the old
<br /> Southeast line of Thorp Lane, before it was widened from
<br /> a 20 foot public street to a 60 foot public street in the
<br /> City of San Marcos, said commencing point also being the
<br /> Northwest corner of that tract conveyed by Gonzalo
<br /> Saucedo to Jesus Saucedo by deed dated February 1,1962,
<br /> and recorded in Volume 189, Page 604, Hays County Deed
<br /> Records and the East corner of a triangular lll8 square
<br /> foot tract conveyed by the city of San Marcos to Jesus
<br /> Saucedo, et al, by deed dated August 8, 1973, and
<br /> recorded in Volume 261, Page 59, Hays County Deed

<br /> THENCE with the South line of U.S. Highway 81 (Loop 82)

<br /> the most Easterly North corner of that 4.ll8 acre tract
<br /> called "Tract One" conveyed by H. Garland Stokes, et ux,
<br /> to James T. Bufkin by deed dated February 13, 1974, and
<br /> recorded in Volume 265, Page 709, Hays County Deed
<br /> Records, and the Northwest corner of the Bufkin 2.745
<br /> acre tract;
<br /> THENCE leaving the South line of U.S. Highway 81 (Loop
<br /> 82) with the common line of the Bufkin 4.ll8 acre tract
<br /> and the Bufkin 2.745 acre tract, South 47016' West 125.71
<br /> feet to a concrete monument set for the North corner and
<br /> PLACE OF BEGINNING of this tract;

<br /> 99.99 feet an old axle found, at end of fence, for the
