<br /> -3- <br />Thence, Northeast with the Northwest ROW line of state Highway 21 to a <br />point directly in line with the South edge of Runway 12, San Marcos <br />Municipal Airport, as projected in a Northwest direction. <br />Thence, Southeast perpendicular to the ROW line of State Highway 21 to <br />a point on the Northwest edge of Runway 22, San Marcos Municipal <br />Airport. <br />Thence, in a Southwesterly direction with the Northwest edge of Runway <br />22 to its end. <br />Thence, departing from Runway 22 in a Southeasterly direction with the <br />Southwest line of a taxiway to its intersection with the concrete <br />Airport apron. <br />Thence, with the North edge of said apron in an Easterly direction, <br />passing the North corner of said apron for an angle point. <br />Thence, Southeast along said apron edge passing the South edge of the <br />apron and following a taxiway to an angle point in said taxiway. <br />Thence, in an Easterly direction with the line of said taxiway to ~he <br />intersection of a projection of said line with the boundary of the San <br />Marcos Municipal Airport. <br />Thence, South with the Airport boundary, same being the City Limit <br />line of the City of San Marcos, Texas. <br />Thence, with said Airport boundary and city limit line around the <br />Southernmost extension of the Municipal Airport to its intersection <br />with a projection of 12th Street (Gary Job Corp.). <br />Thence, Southwest along said line of projection to the intersection of <br />12th Street and Kane Avenue. <br />Thence, with the North ROW line of Kane Avenue to its intersection <br />with 5th Street. <br />Thence, with the City Limits line of San Marcos and the Municipal <br />Airport boundary line to its intersection with the Southeast ROW line <br />of State Highway 21. <br />Thence, in a Southwesterly direction with said ROW line to its <br />intersection with the South ROW line of the Union Pacific Railroad <br />(formerly MKT Railroad). <br />Thence, with said Railroad ROW line in a generally West-Northwest <br />direction to its intersection with the Southeast ROW line of <br />Interstate Highway 35. <br />Thence, with the Southeast ROW line of Interstate Highway 35 to its <br />intersection with the Northeast ROW line of Centerpoint Road. <br />Thence, with the Northeast ROW line of said Road in a Northwesterly <br />direction to the point of Beginning, same being the corner of said ROW <br />line and .the Southeast ROW line of Hunter Road. <br />PART 2. That the City Council finds the zone area meets the <br />criteria for designation of an Enterprise Zone found in Section 4 of <br />the Act. <br />
