-4- (b) Section 1l3.4 of the code adopted hereinabove shall be amended to read as follows: ll3 FEES lI3.4-SCHEDULE OF PERMIT FEES On all installations requiring a permit, as set forth in Section 110, a fee for each permit shall be paid as required at the time of filing application in accordance with the schedule set forth in Appendix C, unless provided otherwise in a written tax abatement and economic development incentive agreement between a prospective permittee and the City of San Marcos. ( c) Appendix C of the code adopted hereinabove shall be amended to add section (h) which shall read as follows: APPENDIX "c" RECOMMENDED PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE . .. (h) Any and all of the fees provided for hereinabove shall be reduced and/or eliminated if so provided in a written tax abatement and economic development incentive agreement between a prospective permittee and the City of San Marcos. PART 7. That Section 30-27 of Division 2 of Article II. of Chapter 30, Water And Sewers And Sewage Disposal, of the Code of Ordinances of said City shall be amended to read as follows: Chapter 30 WATER AND SEWERS AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL . .. ARTICLE II. SERVICE CHARGES . . . DI VI SION 2. WATER SERVICE Sec. 30-27. Rates. A charge shall be paid by all persons owning or occupying premises which are connected with the water system of the city, unless provided otherwise in a written tax abatement and economic development incentive agreement between any such person(s) and the City of San Marcos, in accordance with the rates as described in Exhibit A as attached hereto and made a part of this section....
