<br />O. Contractor shall ensure that Henry J. Oles assign Contractor a life <br />insurance policy in an amount not less than One Hundred Forty Thousand and <br />No/I00 Dollars ($140,000.00). This policy shall list Contractor as <br />beneficiary and sha11 be he1d by Contractor unti1 1oan funds provided under <br />this contract are paid in full. <br />P. Contractor shall ensure that Environmental Projection Systems, Inc. obtain <br />hazard insurance in an amount sufficient to protect Contractor's interest in <br />the collateral within sixty (60) days of the execution of this contract and <br />shall forward copies of the annual renewals to Department in a timely manner. <br />Q. Contractor shall ensure that Environmental Projection Systems, Inc. obtain <br />and provide to Department the Employee Identification Number issued by the <br />Internal Revenue Service prior to Department's release of project funds for <br />thi s project. <br />SECTION 22. ORAL AND WRITTEN AGREE~ENTS <br />A. All oral and written agreements between the parties to this contract <br />relating to the subject matter of this contract that were made prior to the <br />execution of this contract have been reduced to writing and are contained in <br />thi s contract. <br />B. The attachments enumerated and denominated below are hereby made a part of <br />this contract, and constitute promised performances by Contractor in <br />accordance with Section 3 of this contract: <br /> 1. Exhibit A, Performance Statement, 2 Pages <br /> 2. Exhibit B, Budget, 1 Page <br /> 3. Exhibit C, Project Implementation Schedule, 1 Page <br /> 4.
