<br /> CITY OF SAN ANTONIO <br /> Request For Ordinance/Resolution <br />DECEMBER 20 1988 TER RESOURCES MANAGEMENT <br />Date Council Consideration Requested: Deadline for Action: <br />~~EMBER 22, 1988 DECEMBER 22, 1988 <br /> SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE. <br />'1'l1e City of San Antonio and other Edwards Region entities have begun developing legis- <br />lation for groundwater management based on the principles of the Regional Water Resources <br />Plan. The public entities involved are also establishing a funding mechanism to provide <br />fL¡l1 support and operations during the legislative session beginning January 10 and <br />extending to June, 1989. In that regard, an inter1ocal cooperation agreement is proposed <br />to achieve that goal.
