<br /> CERTIFICATE FOR <br /> RESOLUTION AND ORDER NO. 03-89-106 <br /> OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE <br /> EDWARDS UNDERGROUND WATER DISTRICT <br /> The undersigned Assistant Secretary of the Board of <br />Di rec tors (the "Board") of the Edwards Underground Water <br />District (the "District"), hereby certifies as follows: <br /> 1. The Board of Directors convened in special session <br />at 5:30 p.m. on the 7th day of March, 1989, at the <br />designated meeting place (the "Meetinglf), and the roll was <br />called of the duly constituted members of the Board, to-wit: <br /> Voting Members <br /> Robert C. Hasslocher, Chairman <br /> Jerri W. Martin, Secretary <br /> S. Rodriguez, Director <br />all of such persons were present, except the following Mr. <br />S. Craig Hollmig and Ms. Jerri W. Martin, thus constituting <br />a quorum. Whereupon, among other business transacted at the <br />Meeting a resolution was introduced: <br /> RESOLUTION AND ORDER NO. 03-89-106 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE EDWARDS <br />UNDERGROUND WATE R DISTRICT AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN <br />INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT AMONG THE EDWARDS <br />UNDERGROUND WATER DISTRICT AND OTHER PARTICIPATING REGIONAL <br />GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF UNDERTAKING <br />COOPERATIVE EFFORTS FOR REGIONAL WATER PLANNING AND <br />IMPLEMENTING LEGISLATION, AND APPROVING THE CONTRIBUTION OF <br />FUNDS TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCY CREATED BY SUCH <br />AGREEMENT. <br /> --1-- <br />
