Gayle Ross expressed concern <br />for the safety of traffic if the entrance to this subdivision was not <br />aligned with the entrance to Kroger. Billy Moore of the Planning Com- <br />mission said the master plan of this development was the best the City <br />has ever received and that there was relative inflexibility in the plan <br />presented. The Planning Commission thought a signalization light costing <br />approximately $37,000 at the entrance of Kroger and another at the en- <br />trance of this subdivision were needed and recommended the City and <br />County cooperate for improvements of Hunter Road to widen the shoulder. <br />
