M. VERA- MENDI LEAGUE NO. 1, BEING A PORTION OF THAT 82.06 ACRE TRACT DESCRIBED IN A DEED FROM W. B. WILLIAMS TO TO.f\1 E. TUm~ER DATED JULY 14, 1983, AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 397, PAGE 824 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RE- CORDS, FROM "AO" (AGRICULTURAL-OPEN SPACE DISTRICT) TO "R-l" (SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT). Mr. Moore moved for adoption of the Ordinance and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration adoption of a Resolution, the caption which was read as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A LEASE WITH GT+3 FLIGHT OPERATIONS, INC. OF A PORTION OF THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT FOR AIR- CRAFT AND AVIATION PURPOSES; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS TO EXECUTE SAID LEASE ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mr. Farr moved for adoption of the Resolution and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of allocation of $600.00 of contingency funds for a reception to be held January 10, 1984, honoring Earl Williams and Lamar Hankins. Mr. Guerra moved for approval of the allocation and Mayor Craddock seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Craddock, Kissler, Moore. NAY: Kreczmer. ABSTAIN: None. Mayor Craddock announced the Council would receive a staff report on the Housing Authority Drainage Plans. George Boeker said in cooperation with the Housing Authority the City's engineering department developed plans for drainage improvements on the Housing Authority's land, which they will fund. The City will receive the Housing Authority's bids on January 16, 1984. Mr. Brown moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, §2(e) and §2 (g), V.A.C.S., to discuss contemplated litigation and personnel, respectively, and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed unanimously (10:21 p.m.). Mayor Craddock moved the Council convene at 11:20 p.m. and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
