TUm~ER DATED JULY 14, 1983, AND RECORDED <br /> IN VOLUME 397, PAGE 824 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RE- <br /> CORDS, FROM "AO" (AGRICULTURAL-OPEN SPACE DISTRICT) <br /> TO "R-l" (SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT). <br />Mr. Moore moved for adoption of the Ordinance and Ms. Kissler seconded <br />the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration adoption of a Resolution, <br />the caption which was read as follows: <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> OF A LEASE WITH GT+3 FLIGHT OPERATIONS, INC. OF A <br /> PORTION OF THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT FOR AIR- <br /> CRAFT AND AVIATION PURPOSES; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br /> OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS TO EXECUTE SAID LEASE ON <br /> BEHALF OF SAID CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />Mr. Farr moved for adoption of the Resolution and Ms. Kissler seconded <br />the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of allocation of <br />$600.00 of contingency funds for a reception to be held January 10, <br />1984, honoring Earl Williams and Lamar Hankins. Mr. Guerra moved <br />for approval of the allocation and Mayor Craddock seconded the motion. <br />On roll call the following vote was recorded: <br /> AYE: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Craddock, Kissler, Moore. <br /> NAY: Kreczmer. <br /> ABSTAIN: None. <br />Mayor Craddock announced the Council would receive a staff report on <br />the Housing Authority Drainage Plans. George Boeker said in cooperation <br />with the Housing Authority the City's engineering department developed <br />plans for drainage improvements on the Housing Authority's land, which <br />they will fund. The City will receive the Housing Authority's bids on <br />January 16, 1984. <br />Mr. Brown moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session pursuant <br />to Article 6252-17, §2(e) and §2 (g), V.A.C.S., to discuss contemplated <br />litigation and personnel, respectively, and Mr. Guerra seconded the <br />motion, which passed unanimously (10:21 p.m.). <br />Mayor Craddock moved the Council convene at 11:20 p.m. and Ms. Kissler <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />
