The TEAM READINESS program requires that the City of San Marcos pass a resolution co-.ittinq to participate in the LCRA READINESS program. A city team ~u.t then respond to each of the eight items listø4 in the readine.. outline and provide support materials on each item for our files. Because we consider the City of San Marcos to be experienced 1n local economic development, .y estimate is that in about 6 weeks we could certify your city as TIM UADY. OUr certificate. are being printed and will be available Mid April. I have received many requests for more information and guidance on item 6 of our readiness program -- developing a local incentive plan.
