<br /> "Lessee" the following premises located at the San Marcos <br /> Municipal Airport. <br /> A. Prior To Completion of New Terminal Building. <br /> Until such time as the City of San Marcos determines <br /> that construction of the new terminal building is <br /> complete, Lessor shall lease, subject to the terms and <br /> conditions herein this lease agreement, to Lessee the <br /> Hangar C-Storage Building and the building commonly <br /> referred to as the Civil Air Patrol Building at the <br /> airport. <br /> B. After Completion of the New Terminal Building. <br /> <br /> Upon the determination by the City of San Marcos that <br /> construction of the new terminal building is complete, <br /> Lessee shall quit and surrender possession of the Hanger <br /> C-Storage Building and Lessor shall lease to Lessee in <br /> its place, subject to the terms and condition of this <br /> lease agreement, the office located at the south end of <br /> what is commonly referred to as the Confederate Air <br /> Force Building at the Airport, and Lessor will continue <br /> to lease to Lessee the building commonly referred to as <br /> the Civil Air Patrol Building. <br /> 3. Consideration. <br /> A. ( 1) Prior to the Completion of New Terminal Building. <br /> <br /> As consideration and rental for the demised premises <br /> decribed in Section 2(A), above, Lessee agrees to pay to <br /> Lessor the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) per <br /> month, payment to be made in advance on the first day of <br /> each month of this lease. <br /> (2). After the Completion of the New Terminal Building. <br /> <br /> As consideration and rental for the demised premises <br /> decribed in Section 2(B), above, Lessee agrees to pay to <br /> Lessor the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) per <br /> month, payment to be made in advance on the first day of <br /> each month of this lease. <br /> -2- <br />
