<br />-2- <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the Sharp tract with the common line of the Mott <br />tract and the Netherland remainder tract N45 degrees 07'48"W <br />67.99 feet to an iron rod found for the west corner of the Mott <br />tract and the south corner of that tract of land described in a <br />deed from Elizabeth Schnautz to Shirley L. Tuttle, et ux, dated <br />June 30, 1978 and recorded in Volume 312, Page 380 of the Hays <br />County Deed Records; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the Netherland remainder tract with the common <br />line of the Mott tract and the Tuttle tract N44 degrees 03'49"E <br />190.29 feet to an iron rod found for the north corner of the <br />Mott tract and the east corner of the Tuttle tract in the <br />southwest line of that tract of land described in a deed from <br />Henry Netherland, et ux, to Thomas E. Netherland, et alius, <br />dated January 22, 1980 and recorded in Volume 337, Page 719 of <br />the Hays County Deed Records; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the Tuttle tract with the common line of the Mott <br />tract and the Netherland tract S44 degrees 47'48"E 158.49 feet <br />to a fence post for the south corner, as fenced and used upon <br />the ground of the Netherland tract, for the west corner as <br />fenced and used upon the ground of that tract of land described <br />in a deed from Luta R. Bertram to John A. Hansen, et ux, dated <br />November 18, 1978 and recorded in Volume 290, Page 575 of the <br />Hays County Deed Records; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the Netherland tract with the common line of the <br />Mott tract and the Hansen tract as fenced and used upon the <br />ground S44 degrees 33'50"E 118.48 feet to a fence post at the <br />east corner as fenced and used upon the ground of the Mott <br />tract, and the south corner as fenced and used upon the ground <br />of the Hansen tract in the aforementioned northwest line of Old <br />Post Road, same being the northwest line of F.M. Highway 2439 <br />(Hunter Road); <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the Hansen tract with the common line of the Mott <br />tract, the apparent line of Old Post Road, and the line of F.M. <br />Highway 2439 S45 degrees 45'W 80.15 feet to a concrete highway <br />monument found; <br /> <br />THENCE with the common line of the Mott tract and the apparent <br />line of Old Post Road S43 degrees 15'30"W 108.45 feet to the <br />PLACE OF BEGINNING. There are contained within these metes and <br />bounds 1.20 acre, more or less, of land area as prepared on <br />September 20, 1983 from record information and measurements made <br />on the ground during May, 1981 by Dabney-Byrn and Associates of <br />San Marcos, Texas. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days <br />from and after its passage and after it has been subject to <br />reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following <br />its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider <br />it. If reconsidered on July 24, 1989, it shall be in effect ten <br />days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not <br />go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered or if reconsidered and <br />approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in <br />the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this IO day of July, 1989, <br />subject to reconsideration at the next regular City Council meeting <br />scheduled for July 24, 1989 . <br /> <br />Reconsidered yes no X <br /> <br />if yes approved <br />denied <br /> <br />date -~~ <br />.
