<br /> 71 <br /> RESOLUTION 1989-62R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE TERMS AND <br /> CONDITIONS OF A SOCIAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br /> BETWEEN SAID CITY AND HAYS COUNTY RELATING THE <br /> PROVISION OF LIBRARY SERVICES; AUTHORIZING THE <br /> CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br />desires to enter into a contract with Hays County relating to the <br />provision of library services to people who reside in Hays County <br />outside the City limits; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. That the terms and conditions of a proposed contract <br />between the City of San Marcos, Texas and Hays County, Texas, a <br />copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all <br />purposes, for the City's provision of library services to people <br />who reside in Hays County outside the City limits, are hereby <br />approved. <br />PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley be, and he is <br />hereby authorized to execute said contract on behalf of said City. <br />PART 3.
