<br /> 75 <br /> RESOLUTION 1989-64R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, ADOPTING AN OFFICIAL <br /> INSIGNIA AND APPROVING ITS USE, RESCINDING <br /> PREVIOUSLY ADOPTED INSIGNIA, AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City council of the City of San Marcos, Texas <br /> desires to adopt an official insignia and to approve the use <br /> of same; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That there is hereby adopted an official insignia of <br /> the City of San Marcos, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein for all purposes, and the same is <br /> hereby approved for appropriate use by said City. <br /> PART 2. That any and all previously adopted insignia be <br /> rescinded and the attached insignia be substituted in its <br /> stead. <br /> PART 3.
