<br /> -4- <br />fees effective October 15, 1990 and every five (5) years thereafter. <br />The consideration to be paid by LESSEE for the following 5-year period <br />shall be revie\ved by LESSOR at the end of the then-current five-year <br />period, and LESSOR shall have the right to renogotiate such <br />consideration beginning 90 days prior to the expiration of the <br />then-current period, provided, however, that the amount of such <br />consideration to be paid LESSOR shall be comparable to other <br />rentals being charged at Airport. In the event both parties cannot <br />reach a written agreement concerning the amount of the renegotiated <br />fees on or before the expiration of the then-current 5-year lease <br />period, this lease agreement shall terminate thirty ( 30) days after <br />the expiration of the then-current five-year lease period. Upon the <br />expiration of the term of this lease (October 14, 2005, unless <br />sooner terminated), LESSEE is hereby granted an option to renew this <br />Agreement for an additional ten (10) year period with the <br />consideration thereof renewable by LESSOR prior to the commencement <br />of said 10-year period, and at the end of the five (5) year period from <br />such commencement. All provisions contained in this Paragraph II (A) <br />'apply to said option, including renegotiation and termination <br />provisions. <br /> B. Lease Term for Premi se s Leased for Aircraft Storage, <br /> Parking, and Office, Maintenance and Repair Space. <br /> <br /> The term of the lease of the demised premises described in <br />Paragraph I(B) above shall extend through and include January 9, 2004. <br />The consideration to be paid by LESSEE shall be reviewed by LESSOR on <br />or before January 10, 1994 and at the end of each five (5) year period <br />after said date, and LESSOR shall have the right to raise or increase <br />such consideration effective January 10, 1994 and at the end of each <br />five ( 5) year period thereafter; provided, however, that the amount of <br />such consideration to be paid LESSOR shall be comparable to <br />other rentals being charged at Airport. Title to the <br />aircraft storage hangar, parking area and appurtenances located <br />on the demised premises and constructed by LESSEE shall vest in <br />LESSOR immediately upon the early termination of this Agreement under <br />
