<br /> -8- <br /> company. The minimum limits of any insurance coverage herein <br /> required shall not limit LESSEE'S liability under Paragraph X. of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> B. During construction and until passage of title to LESSEE of <br /> the newly constructed hangar building if LESSEE does not perform its <br /> own construction or until completion of construction if LESSEE performs <br /> its own construction of the hangar, the following insurance <br /> requirements shall apply, respectively, to LESSEE'S contractor or <br /> to LESSEE: <br /> 1. Such insurance as will provide protection from claims under <br /> statutory Texas workmen's compensation laws, disability <br /> laws or such other employee benefit laws as \.¡i II <br /> fulfill the requirements of the jurisdiction in which the <br /> work is to be performed. <br /> 2. Such insurance as will provide protection from claims from <br /> damaqes because of bodily injury, personal injury, sickness, <br /> disease or death with minimum limits of liability of not <br /> less than $500,000.00 aggregate. <br /> 3. Such insurance as will provide protection from claims for <br /> damages for injury to or destruction of tangible property of <br /> others, including loss of use thereof. Such coverage shall <br /> include broad form p:r;operty damage and removal of <br /> standard collapse and underground hazards exclusions. The <br /> minimum limits of liability shall be 5500,000.00 per <br /> occurrence and $500,000.00 aggregate. <br /> 4. Such insurance as will provide protection from claims for <br /> damages arising out of the maintenance, operation, or use of <br /> any owned, non-owned or hired vehicles. Minimum limits of <br /> liability for bodily injury and property damage combined <br /> shall be not less than $500,000.00 each occurrence. <br /> 5. An Excess Liability Policy with minimum limits of <br /> $3,000,000.00 The Excess Liability Policy must follow form <br /> with the primary coverage. <br /> All of the insurance required hereinabove shall be amended to <br /> afford coverage for: <br /> Products Liability and Completed Operations coverage and Blanket <br /> Broad Form Contractual Liability specifícally covering the hold <br /> harmless and indemnification obligation assumed by LESSEE <br /> under this Agreement. <br /> c. Such insurance as is required in this Paragraph IX. shall be <br /> written 'so that LESSOR shall be notified in writing, in the event of <br /> cancellation, restrictive amendment or non-renewal at least thirty <br /> ( 30) days prior to such action. Certificates of Insurance shall be <br /> filed with LESSOR prior to the commencement of operations required to <br />
