<br /> 135 <br /> RESOLUTION 1989-76R <br /> 'A RESOLnTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN (MAP) <br /> OF THE MASTER PLAN OF SAID CITY, OF LOTS 3 AND <br /> 4, OUT OF THE COERS SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OUT OF THE <br /> T.J. CHAMBERS SURVEY, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, AS RECORDED IN <br /> VOLUME 137, PAGE 231 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, TO <br /> THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, LOCATED AT <br /> 460 WEST HOLLAND STREET FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL <br /> TO OFFICE AND PROFESSIONAL; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, on February 21, 1989 during the Joint Planning and <br />Zoning Commission meeting of the City of San Marcos a public hearing <br />was held regarding a request to amend the Future Land Use Plan <br />(Map) of the Master Plan from Low Density Residential to <br />Office and Professional for Lots 3 and 4, out of the Coers Subdivision, <br />a subdivision out of the T.J. Chamber Survey to the City of San <br />Marcos, Hays County, Texas, located at 460 West Holland Street; <br />and, <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to said public hearing on said date, said <br />Commissions did, on February 21, 1989, consider said <br />request and voted to approve the same and have <br />recommended that such request be approved by the City Council <br />of said City; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said City Council held a public hearing on the 28 day <br />of August , 1989, regarding such request; and, <br /> WHEREAS, all requirements of the Master Plan pertaining to <br />amendments have been met; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said City Council hereby finds and determines that the <br />adoption of the following resolution is in the interest of the public <br />health, morals, welfare and safety; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART I. That Lots 3 and 4, out of the Coers Subdivision, a <br />Subdivision out of the T. J. Chambers Survey, to the City of San <br />Marcos, Hays County, Texas, located at 460 West Holland Street, <br />which is in an area shown on the Future Land Use Plan (Map) of the <br />Master Plan of the City of San Marcos as Low Density Residential shal1 <br />be shown on said map as Office and Professional. <br /> PART 2.
