thence continuing North 49 degrees 16 minutes 30 seconds West along the northeast line of the said 20 ft. lane and the southwest line of the 9.0555 acre parcel a distance of 368.86 feet to a 3/4 inch I.D. iron pipe set at the west corner of the 9.0555 acre parcel, which is on the southwest right of way line of IH-35. From this west corner a brass capped iron witness monument (point 76) bears South 49 degrees 16 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 3.00 feet. Thence, from the west corner of this 9.0555 acre parcel, North 37 degrees 32 minutes 29 seconds East along the southeast right of way line of IH-35 a distance of 62.98 feet to a brass capped iron monument (point 29) at the west corner of Lot 1 of the San fJIarcos Tract, a subdivision the plat of which is recorded in Volume 2, page 315 of the plat records of Hays County. Thence, from the west corner of Lot 1, South 52 degrees 57 minutes 31 seconds East along the southwest line of Lot 1 a distance of 260.00 feet to the south corner of Lot 1, which is marked with an aluminum cap (point 32) set in a concrete pier; thence North 37 degrees 02 minutes 29 seconds East along the southeast line of Lot 1 a distance of 210.00 feet to the east corner of Lot 1, which is marked with an aluminum cap (point 31) set in a concrete pier; thence North 52 degrees 57 minutes 31 seconds West along the northeast line of Lot 1 a distance of 260.00 feet to the north corner of Lot 1, which is marked with an aluminum cap (point 30) set in a concrete pier on the southeast right of way line of IH-35; thence North 37 degrees 02 minutes 29 seconds East along the northwest line of the 9.0555 acre parcel and the southeast right of way line of IH-35 a distance of 215.34 feet to the point of beginning. SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider it.. If reconsidered on Eeptember II, 1989, it shall be in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shal1 not go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered or if reconsidered and approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas.
