<br /> lì7 <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1989-94R <br /> STATE OF TEXAS <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TERMS OF A CONTRACT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS AND THE STATE DEPARTMENT <br /> OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION FOR <br /> IMPLEMENTATION AND FUNDING OF AN AUTOMATED TRAFFIC <br /> RECORD SYSTEM PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING THE <br /> CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAME <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, as follows: <br /> 1. The terms and conditions of that one certain Texas <br /> Traffic Safety Program contract for implementation and funding of <br /> an Automated Traffic Record System Program attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit A and incorporated herein for all purposes by and between <br /> the City of San Marcos and the State Department of Highways and <br /> Public Transportation are hereby approved. <br /> 2.
