DaRN ET AL DATED MARCH 26, 1984, AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 427, <br /> PAGE 791 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY <br /> DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> COMMENCING at an 1/2" iron rod set for the south corner of the Dorn <br /> tract on the north bank of the Blanco River which is the northwest <br /> line of that 14.66 acre tract described in a deed from Jack Gary to <br /> William M. Gary dated April 4, 1967, and recorded in Volume 217, Page <br /> 526 of the Hays County Deed Records, and being an angle point in the <br /> east line of Interstate Highway No. 35¡ <br /> THENCE with the common line of the Dorn tract and the Gary tract <br /> N 69° 25' 57" E 35.36 feet to an 1/2" iron rod set for the south <br /> corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this tract¡ <br /> THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNING and entering the Darn tract <br /> with a line 25 feet from and parallel to the east line of the <br /> highway the following three courses: <br /> 1.
