REASONER DATED MAY 12, 1944, AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 130, PAGE 53 OF <br /> THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, AND BEING A PORTION OF THAT 8.72 ACRE <br /> RACT DESCRIBED IN A DEED FROM C. S. BEAUCHAMP ET UX TO HARRY E. <br /> ~ASONER DATED DATED JUNE 1, 1946, AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 135, PAGE 87 <br /> OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED <br /> BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> COMMENCING at an 1/2" iron rod set for the south corner of the <br /> remaining portion of the Reasoner 73.98 acre tract and the west corner <br /> of that 216.50 acre tract described in a deed from Robert W. McDonald <br /> III to Dale F. Darn et al dated March 26, 1984, and recorded in Volume <br /> 427, Page 791 of the Hays County Deed Records and being in the east <br /> line of Interstate Highway No. 35, from which a concrete highway <br /> monument found bears S 06° 15' 03" W 1.85 feet, and an 1/2" iron rod <br /> found bears S 44° 08' 03" W 0.85 feet; <br /> THENCE with the common line of the Reasoner 73.98 acre tract and <br /> the Darn 216.50 acre tract N 44° 08' 34" E 40.71 feet to an 1/2" <br /> iron rod set for the south corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this <br /> tract; <br /> THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNING and crossing the Reasoner <br /> tracts the following four courses: <br /> 1. N 06° 15' 03" E 242.30 feet to an 1/2" iron rod set, <br /> 2. N 27° 15' 26" E 890.55 feet to an 1/2" iron rod set, <br /> 3. N 24° 58' 03" E 751.37 feet to an 1/2" iron rod set and <br /> 4. N 21° 19' 46" E 82.32 feet to an 1/2" iron rod set for the <br /> north corner of this tract in the common line of the Reasoner <br /> 73.98 acre tract and that 339 acre "Second Tract" described <br /> in a deed from R. M. Yarrington to Kitty Page Yarrington <br /> dated Apr il 28, 1928, and recorded in Volume 95, Page 493 of <br /> the Hays County Deed Records, from which an iron pipe found <br /> for the north corner of the remaining portion of the Reasoner <br /> tract bears N 45° 30' 18" W 85.6 feet; <br /> THENCE with the common line of the Reasoner tract and the Yarrington <br /> trac,t S 45° 30' 18" E 43.51 feet to a point for the east corner of <br /> this tract, <br /> THENCE recrossing the Reasoner tracts the following four courses: <br /> 1. S 2P 19' 46" W 66.47 feet to a point, <br /> 2. S 24° 58' 03" W 753.44 feet to a point, <br /> 3. S 27" 15' 26" W 883.94 feet to a point and <br /> 4. S 06° 15' 03" W 183.49 feet to a point in the <br /> common line of the Reasoner 73.98 acre tract and the Dorn <br /> 216.50 acre tract; <br />
