EXHIBIT B CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS SEWER RATE -- SCHEDULE SR-1 (Residen tial Customers) Applicable: To single family residential customers using City sewerage services for household purposes. Services will be furnished under this rate schedule subject to the established rules and regulations of the City covering this type of service. Rate: $ S. lSfor the first 2,000 gallons of water usage or less. $ 1. 38per thousand gallons for the next 6,000 gallons of water usage. No additional charge for sewer services for all water usage in excess of 8, 000 gallons. Minimum Bill: $ S.l.:per month. Delayed Payment: All bills for sewer service shall be paid on or befo:-e the fi fteenth (15th) day of the month in which the bill is rendered. A delinquen.t service charge equal to 10% of the bill amount shall be added upon failure or refusal of the customer to pay any bill on or before the fi fteenth (15th) day of the month in which the bill is rendered. Reconnection Policy: The failure to pay all bills for sewer sêrvice furnished to any consumer within the time stipulated for such payment shall be deemed notice for the discontinuance of sewer. se-rvice. and water shall be cut off and shall not be cut on again until all bills, ìn.cluding delinquent service charges. are paid in full, together with a reconnection fee of $10.00 per meter for regular hours (8 a. m. - 5 p. m.) reconnection. or $.15.00 per meter for after-hours. (S p.m. - 8 a.m.) reconnection plus any applicable deposit fee. The water service shall be discontinued as. to all uses thereof for those. consumers who fail tQ pay for the same as herein provided within thirty (30) days after the date of billing. ~o service shall be discontinued prior to .notice to said consumer stating the consumer's right to dispute any portion of the bill. Multiple Dwelling Units & Traile:- Parks: rar multiple. dwelling units s.erved under one water meter, the monthly bill shall be computed on the basis of the average water usage per dwelling. The average water usage per dwelling per month shall be determined by dividing the total number of dwellings in service. The total number of dwelling units inser\l ice shall be the maximum number of units connected to the City's sysí:em mutiUed by 0.90. The average water usage per dwelling shall be used to calculate the individual rate charged per unit by applying the residential sewer rate.
