<br />Certificate of Adjudication 18-2074B VOL 002 PAr¡E.tt 7 <br />3. DIVERSION <br /> A. Location: <br /> (1) On the perimeter of the aforesaid Canyon Reservoir. <br /> (2) Releases through the dam for use downstream. <br /> B. Maximum rate: Unspecified. <br />4. PRIORITIES <br /> A. The time priority of owner's right to impound water in Canyon <br /> Reservoir and to divert and use water therefrom for all <br /> authorized purposes of use is March 19, 1956. <br /> B. The time priorities of owner's right to transfer the 7,649 <br /> acre-feet of water per annum for industrial purposes from the <br /> Guadalupe River Basin for use in the Lavaca-Guadalupe Coastal <br /> Basin, as set forth in Paragraph 2C, above, are as follows: <br /> (1) October 14, 1980, as to 6,075 acre-feet of water per <br /> year; <br /> (2) February 22, 1983, as to 374 acre-feet of water per year; <br /> and <br /> (3) November 15, 1985, as to 1,200 acre-feet of water per <br /> year. <br /> C. The time priority of owner's right to transfer the 900 <br /> acre-feet of water per annum for municipal purposes from the <br /> Guadalupe River Basin for use in the San Antonio River Basin, <br /> as set forth in Paragraph 2D, above, is November 15, 1985. <br />5. SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br /> A. Owner is authorized to use the bed and banks of the Guadalupe <br /> River to convey water released from Canyon Reservoir for all <br /> authorized purposes of use. <br /> B. Owner shall maintain the existing outlet in the dam authorized <br /> herein to allow the free passage of water that owner is not <br /> entitled to divert or impound. <br /> C. The authorization to use the 1,500 acre-feet of water per <br /> annum for irrigation purposes and 1,500 acre-feet of water per <br /> annum for recreational use, as set forth in Paragraph 2A(1), <br /> above, shall expire and become null and void on December 31, <br /> 1989, after which date owner is authorized to use such 3,000 <br /> acre-feet of water per annum only for municipal use. <br /> 3 <br />
