Foundations <br />· Exterior walls, fayade, doors, and paint <br />· Architectural and engineering services <br /> <br />Provides incentive for economic ventures that promote: <br />· Public safety, accessibility, utility, maintenance, historic authenticity, and increased <br />aesthetic appearance, tourism, and community pride. <br /> <br />Residential impact: <br />· Incentive to preserve housing stock <br />· Recognizes historic homes of all architectural types, throughout the city. <br />· Encourages preservation of neighborhood culture. <br /> <br />Main Street area impact: <br />· Promotes safety and accessibility: fire suppression systems and ADA compliance. <br />· Encourages reinvestment, business expansion, and tourism. <br />· Complements City's efforts to promote tourism: Tanger-Main Street Partnership. <br />
