66 ORDINANCE 1989-51 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE O':i CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING 00 SECTION 18-7 OF ARTICLE I OF CHAPTER 18, 'l.') PARKS AND RECREATION TO DELETE A ~ PROVISION FOR ALLOWING CARNIVALS AND b CIRCUSES ON CITY PROPERTY, INCREASING 0 USER FEES FOR PARKS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: SECTION 1: That Section 18-7 of said Code is amended to read as follows: Sec. 18-7. Fees for park and recreational facilities. The following schedule of fees and charges for the use of parks and recreational facilities shall be in effect: (1) Charles S. Cock Home: Per hour rental fees $ 15.00 Minimum $ 45.00 Maximum $100.00 Deposit $100.00 Gazebo $ 25.00 Deposit $ 50.00 (b) Recreation Center in City Park: Per hour rental fees $ 15.00 Minimum $ 30.00 Maximum $100.00 Deposit $100.00 (c) San Marcos Softball Complex-Gary Park-Tournament Fees: Deposit per complex $100.00 Per field/per day $ 40.00 Light Fee per field $ 15.00 Practice field per hour $ 10.00 (d) Rio Vista Swimming Pool: Admission (Adults & Children) $ .50 Lessons per 2 week session $ 15.00 Training sessions: For swimming t.eams a ten dollars ($10.00) per week fee shall be collected in advance.
