<br /> ~"" 70 <br /> ~ <br /> ~ ORDINANCE 1989-54 <br /> I,ÿ <br />N as!¡ <br />N I,ÿ~ <br />a, t.f)' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />t4j CITY OF SAN Mi\RCOS, TEXAS AMENDING <br /> CHAPTER 29 - TRAFFIC, ARTICLE V, SECTION <br /> 29-150 OF THE SAN MARCOS CODE OF <br /> ORDINANCES BY THE ADDITION OF A NO <br /> PARKING-TOW AWAY ZONE ON FM 621 (STi\PLES <br /> ROAD), AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> Section 1: That Section 29-150 of the San Marcos Code <br /> of Ordinances is amended by the addition of the following in <br /> proper alphabetical order: <br /> Fr-1 621 (Staples Rd.) east side from its <br /> intersection with Laredo Street to a point 150 feet <br /> south of its intersection with Saltillo Street, <br /> between the hours of 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM. <br /> Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten <br /> (10) days from and after its passage, and it shall be <br /> published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area <br /> as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading September 25, 1989. <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED on second reading October 9, 1989. <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED AND ADOPTED October 23, 1989. <br /> l~~Jv1J~ <br /> Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> tJL~¿ {lÎ~ <br /> Ji>, is K.
