AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />~ CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS AMENDING <br /> SECTION 33-9, OF CHAPTER 33, HRECKERS, OF <br /> THE SAN MARCOS CODE OF ORDINANCES TO <br /> STIPULATE THAT HINCHING DOES NOT <br /> CONSTITUTE A NORMAL TOW, AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> SECTION 1. That Section 33-9 be amended to read as follows: <br /> Sec. 33-9 Fees. <br /> . . . <br /> (4) Twenty-five dollars ($25.ØØ) per hour for labor if <br /> exceptional labor is required other than a normal tow, with a <br /> minimum charge of twenty-five dollars ($ 25. ØØ). Hinching a <br /> vehicle does not constitute a normal tow. Exceptional labor <br /> does not include normal hook-up procedures or routine <br /> clean-up which takes thirty (3Ø) minutes or less. <br /> . . . <br /> SECTION 2.
