The total of all fees and expenses <br />to be paid to Auditor for Basic Services as described in Section 2.1 will not exceed: <br />Basic Audit and Single Audit <br />FY 2013 <br />$56,900.00 <br />FY 2014 <br />$56,900.00 <br />FY 2015 <br />$59,800.00 <br />FY 2016 <br />$62,900.00 <br />FY 2017 <br />$66,100.00 <br />Seized Asset Fund Audits: <br />FY 2013 - Not to Exceed $1,800.00 <br />FY 2014 - Not to Exceed $1,800.00 <br />FY 2015 - Not to Exceed $2,100.00 <br />FY 2016 - Not to Exceed $2,400.00 <br />FY 2017 - Not to Exceed $2,700.00 <br />14.2 Compensation for Basic and Additional Services of the Auditor will be computed based <br />on the Auditor's standard hourly rates of: <br />Partner /Principal: $150.00 <br />Manager: $110.00 <br />Staff: $ 85.00 <br />Special Projects <br />FY 2013 - $125.00 /hr. <br />FY 2014 - $125.00 /hr. <br />FY 2015 - $13 5.00 /hr. <br />FY 2016 - $145.00 /hr. <br />FY 2017 - $155.00 /hr. <br />Other Projects as Requested — at the FY hourly rate. <br />This Agreement will be effective as of the day and year established in the first paragraph <br />ku fit€ l( ss°rvii� , A.,Mrva°mew -2013 <br />16 <br />
