<br /> 91 <br /> CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> STATE OF TEXAS <br /> KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> COUNTY OF HAYS <br /> KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> That the City of San Marcos, Texas, a municipal corporation by and <br /> under the laws of the State of Texas, hereinafter referred to as "City" <br /> and Texas Industrial Waste Control, Inc. of Round Rock, Texas, <br /> hereinafter referred to as "Consultant" do hereby enter into this <br /> contract for the Consultant's provision of environmental consulting <br /> services in support of the City of San Marcos Industrial Waste <br /> Ordinance, pursuant to the terms and conditions expressed herein: <br /> 1. Employment of Consultant <br /> Th City agrees to employ the Consultant for a period of one year. <br /> 2. Scope of \vork <br /> The Consultant will perform and carry out in a good professional <br /> manner the following services: <br /> BASIC SETUP PROGRAH <br /> The Consultant will: <br /> A. Send out a questionnaire to each existing industry covered <br /> under the Industrial Waste Ordinance in the form attaçhed <br /> hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> B. Evaluate the information supplied on the questionnaires and <br /> cross-reference it against information supplied to the Texas <br /> Water Commission. <br /> C.
