Hankins <br /> Acting Finance Director Wayne Moore <br />Also Present: Jerri Martin, Olga Garza, Mark Hendricks, Bill Harrison, <br />Don Laine, Bill Coddington, Jane Wilson, Brenda Smith, Berry James, <br />Jack Lindstrom and Allyn Gill. <br />Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration the adoption of a Resolution, <br />the caption which was read as follows: <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCO S, TEXAS, ADOPTING A WATER AND WASTEWATER SYSTEM <br /> FINANCIAL PLAN, INCLUDING GOALS, OBJECTIVES, AND POLI- <br /> CIES TO GUIDE THE FUTURE DEVELOPMENT OF THE WATER AND <br /> WASTEWATER SYSTEM OF SAN MARCOS AND DECLARING AN EFFECT- <br /> IVE DATE. <br />Mr. Brown moved for adoption of the Resolution and Ms. Kissler seconded <br />the motion. Mr. Kreczmer moved that the Fiscal Years 1986-1988 portion <br />of the plan be amended as follows: Downtown Line Replâce.TÅ“nlfrom $312,000 <br />to $143,800 and the proportionate feet of 8-inch line of Downtown Line <br />Replacement from 14,600 to the proportionate feet (6,729 feet), and <br />the total under the Estimated Cost column of Fiscal Years 1986-1988 <br />be changed from $1,715,600 to $1,547,400. Mr. Farr seconded the motion. <br />On roll call the following vote was recorded: <br /> AYE: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Craddock, Kissler. <br /> NAY: Kreczmer, Moore. <br /> ABSTAIN: None. <br />Mr. Farr moved the plan attached to the Resolution be amended as follows: <br />the Estimated Revenue 1983-84 column of Table 1 <br />from: to: <br />656,000 (Oct.-Dec.Actual) - (Oct.-Dec.
