The amount computed at the ilMonthly Rate" shall be <br />subject to taxes, assessments or surcharges imposed by any <br />governmental authority which are assessed on the basis of revenues <br />from electric service or volume of electricity purchased or sold. <br />MINIMUM CHARGE <br />The monthly minimum charge shall be the sum of the "Customer <br />Charge", the "Demand Charge" and all applicable rate adjustments. <br />PAYMENT <br />The due date of the bill shall be fifteen (15) days after <br />issuance, and payment must be received in the electric utility <br />office of the City by 5:00 P.M. on the due date. Any and all <br />amounts remaining unpaid after the due date shall be assessed a <br />charge in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the unpaid amount. <br />Payment from state agencies must be received within thirty (30) <br />days from receipt of bill, and any unpaid amount will be subject <br />to a 1% per month interest charge. <br /> -8- <br />
