<br /> SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br /> ELECTRIC TARIFF <br />ISSUED BY: CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS SHEET NO. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: 12/1/89 REVISION NO. <br /> <br /> OUTDOOR AREA LIGHTING <br /> RATE SCHEDULE - OAL <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS (continued) <br />a. The cost of repairing facilities damaged by acts of <br /> vandalism shall be billed to the Customer receiving <br /> service under this rate schedule at actual cost to the <br /> City including all appropriate overheads. <br />b. The City shall, at the request of the Customer, relocate <br /> or change existing equipment and the Customer shall <br /> reimburse the City for any and all such relocations or <br /> changes at actual cost to the City including all <br /> appropriate overheads. <br />c. Extensions of any lighting facilities will be made by <br /> the City only where, in the opinion of the City, the <br /> annual revenue justifies the estimated cost including <br /> all appropriate overheads. <br /> d. New area lighting facilities shall be of a form and <br /> substance consistent with the City's approved standard <br /> configuration for area. lighting at the time of the <br /> Customer's application for service. Where a non-standard <br /> lighting configuration is requested by the Customer, all <br /> maintenance and replacement costs shall be borne by the <br /> Customer should the City agree to the installation of <br /> the non-standard facilities. <br />e. Customers requesting service under this rate schedule <br /> will be required to execute a contract for service with <br /> a minimum term of thirty-six (36) months. <br /> -20- <br />
